DeskUnivers™ – Refund Policy

We aim to process refunds quickly and transparently. Once your return is received and inspected:

• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• You will be notified via email once the refund is issued.

❗ Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

📌 In case of partial returns or bundles, the refund will be calculated based on the returned item’s value.
