At DeskUnivers™, we are committed to delivering your ergonomic furniture quickly, securely, and with full transparency. Our shipping policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver your orders so you can shop with confidence.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We offer tracked shipping worldwide. Estimated delivery times:

For orders below $49.00, a flat rate fee may apply depending on the destination and product type.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in your country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.

DeskUnivers™ is not liable for any additional charges incurred due to customs processes.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided.
6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will open a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging.

We will offer a replacement or refund based on the nature of the issue.
8. Change or Cancel an Order

Orders may be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes due to fulfillment automation.
