Terms of Sale – DeskUnivers™

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products from DeskUnivers™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website www.deskunivers.com (“Site”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time for any reason. Orders are subject to availability and verification. Upon receipt of your order, we will send a confirmation email; however, this does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, billing, or shipping address.

2. Product Information and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. While we strive for accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will contact you to allow you to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes and may not represent exact final product due to variations from suppliers or manufacturers in the dropshipping process.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time the order is placed. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods as made available on the checkout page. All transactions are securely processed. Your financial data is never stored on our servers.

You represent that all payment information provided is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method, and that sufficient funds or credit is available.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We use third-party suppliers and logistics partners for fulfillment. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

Delays caused by suppliers, carriers, customs, or force majeure events are beyond our control. You agree not to hold DeskUnivers™ liable for any delivery delays or losses resulting from such events.

5. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are subject to our Return Policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and requested within 14 days of delivery. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product). Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

7. Product Availability

Due to the nature of dropshipping, we cannot guarantee that all items displayed on our Site will be available at the time of purchase. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or full refund.

8. Taxes and Duties

You are responsible for any applicable taxes or import duties imposed by your local jurisdiction. We are not responsible for delays or fees incurred at customs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeskUnivers™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of products purchased from our Site.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to the purchase or use of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product at issue.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, unless specifically stated by the manufacturer. DeskUnivers™ disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DeskUnivers™, its affiliates, directors, employees, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the products or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Site or placing new orders constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
